Will you be able to unlock all Halo 4 amours?

In game I mean. I always thought FOTUS came with the console, but now I have heard it comes with the skin for FOTUS.

So will you be able to unlock all amours in game, and has it been relesed on how you can get amours yet?

I’m thinking that all the armour except FOTUS (which is pretty ridiculous looking anyway) will be unlockable eventually.

I think it was confirmed as being exclusive to the console owners
