i really dont see myself using weapon skins… not because they are dumb or ugly or whatever, just because i just see myself enjoying the classic look of old halo weapons, they just look so good without having some skin over them, idk lol just my opinion.

I like the fact that there is more customization in Halo 4 than we’ve ever seen from a past Halo game. I’ll definitely be trying all the skins out, and will decide after that whether I want to use one or keep the default look. (I do see myself using weapon skins most of the time, though. Some of them look awesome!)
I agree. I most likely won’t use skins.
Maybe sometimes when I am bored, but in most cases I will not use any.
It really depends for certain skins and certain weapons. I might go bare for most weapons but, if I find one that looks pretty cool I will use it.
I don’t care about the esthetics of the guns.

I’m not a fan of the wacky colorful ones. But isn’t there a camo skin for the BR or something? I like the more tactical approach to customization over this gaudy/flashy stuff.

yeah i agree, i might use some of the subtle ones,but it would have to be something small rather then huge flashy stripes
Honestly, I will play the heck out of the game, and by the end, there won’t be a thing I haven’t seen or tried.
Skins will likely just give me something to do, they won’t change ANYTHING gameplay-wise, whereas atleast armor makes one recognizable…

yeah i know what you mean, im not saying i will never try them because it will add a cool feature the the game.
I will use the suppressor and light rifle skins, but I will not use it on the other weapons. Like you said, I like the classic steel weapons over tiger stripes and bright yellow paint.
It depends… To me it’s like a wardrobe, if it fits into the color scheme of the armor, then I might. If not, then I’ll stick with the default.
If I do use them, they’ll be some of the last things I get.
My order of what I will devote my customization points (Spartan Points/Credits) to is
Weaponry
AAs
Modifications
Armor
Skins
The plasma pistol’s skin looks awesome. I think I’ll be using it when I can.
i think the skins should on be available only for human weapons and not the enemy weapons as well, it just takes away the covenant or forerunner feel/look to them.
The only one I like so far is the Battle Rifle Arctic Camo, the Orange Striped DMR Skin and the Orange/Silver Carbine Skin… all the others are a bit over the top and don’t seem really fit in with the rest of the game.
It’s not something I’ll be absolutely enthralled with, but I probably will! There might be a few that I’ll keep bare, just because I like the look of them without the skin, but I like a few of the weapon skins!
I like the skins, I especially like the plasma pistol tiger stripes. Looks sick. It’s all a matter of opinion though.
