Will XP grants carry over to season 2?

They should… Don’t see any reason why not. As well as Challenge Swaps.

They better. I’m not bothering to use mine until I slow down playing and know I won’t finish a pass in a single season anymore anyway.

They do, that’s why you’re given 100 individual ones with the deluxe pass. You can choose which season you want to apply them to, or spread them out across several.
