Will we visit another Halo ring in Halo 5?

We’ve seen a Halo ring in the ‘‘A Hero Falls’’ video.

Man, would it be a sight to be on a Halo ring once again.

The Chief, back where it all began…

I can imagine him staring at the ring looping over him. A magnificent sight, drowned in conflict and under the weight of history…

To think we started our journey with him on one of those rings. What an experience. A desperate guerilla war on a gigantic alien contruct we barely understood, as mankind was facing extinction.

We would feel the weight of his history with the Halo rings, should we visit another Halo with him.

Blue Team would be so perplexed at seeing Chief rememorate himself some of the moments he has lived on those rings.

…Namely losing Captain Keyes and 99,9% of its crew…Painful memories, for an already weakened Chief, who has lost too many friends in his long career.

If not in Halo 5 then definitely in Halo 6. With MC’s story ending the only way it could end is in a story involving a Halo ring.

I certainly hope so. We know that there are still like 3 or 4 others (don’t quote me on that) that haven’t been discovered. It would be great to go back to another Halo!

Your post is really poetic, what an apt description of the emotions that we got to experience alongside John on the ring world.

But to answer your question, I think that yes, it is possible that we will get to see another Halo installation in the game. Mainly because of Raid on Apex 7’s skybox. You would think that since the art team took what looks to be a good amount of time perfecting that beautiful skybox with Halo looming above us, there would have been a reason to do so other than for just one Warzone map.
