Will we teaming with the ELITES again in halo 5

Considering we have seen the arbiter and his sangheili working with Locke in the h2a prologue/epilogue, I would say most likely yes.

The real question here is: will we be able to play as the Arbiter in the campaign (probably the coop partner)? And will we see elites in multiplayer?

Probably, the Sangheili we see in Halo 4 are part of a splinter sect that cling to the old ways. It basically the coveneant without the San’Shyum at the top.

The Arbiter is separate from them and is the leader of their planet, the Halo 4 covenant is NOT affiliated with him.
