Does halo 4’s 8GB multiplayer install eliminate the need to download it to the hard drive anyways for optimal performance?
when you install it you’re downloading the necessairy files to your hardrive…
your asking if an install isn’t an install? that is a very odd question.

All 360 games can be installed on the dashboard for optimal performance i always do this.
Halo 4 has a mandatory multiplayer install, i was asking if i had to install it on the dashboard for optimal performance despite this.
I really have a feeling this 8GB install rumour, that ONE SOURCE STARTED and hasn’t been mentioned anywhere else is going to prove false. All things considered, Halo Reach in it’s entirety wasn’t even 7GBs, how do you expect me to believe Halo 4’s Multiplayer ALONE requires an 8GB install/download ON TOP of however much content is just stored on the disc?

Because Frankie confirmed it? And yes, I have a source; it’s Google.
