since arbiters “covenant / clan” is back again.
If you’ve watched the trailers at all, you’ll notice that the Arbiter’s Elites look the same as Jul’s. In other words, they’re the Halo 4 types.
At first, I wasn’t really happy about it, but I’m ok with that now. The rest of the Covenant designs are phenomenal. The Ghost, Banshee, Wraith… It’s all amazing stuff. The old Elites wouldn’t really fit into it as well.

Yeah i kinda noticed it when i looked back the halo4 looks fine i just kinda miss the old armor style a bit haha.
The Halo 3 Elites were just derpy looking. Not terrible, but kinda silly … and not necessarily in a bad way, but kinda. Then again, everything looked silly in Halo 3. Lord Hood looked like a potato.

I agree with you about the Elite designs, they had really long heads, like horses.

I think you’re mixing up graphics with armor styles. He’s talking about the Elite armor that was present in Halo CE, 2/A, and 3. I would have liked to see it return for the Arbiter’s faction to help establish the differences between Jul and Arbiter’s elites. The storm elite armor looks pretty bad. Although I don’t mind it being worn by the bad guys, the good guys deserve better looking armor.

I hope that they also show the Arbiters spec ops elites but so far the only way to tell them apart is that the Swords have underarmor and that they are crimson and ivory. I also think that they’re skin is darker

This guy, ge understands. I agree 100%. Halo 4 elites just look terrible. 343i should really consider halo reach elite models for the storm faction. And maybe halo 2A for the Arbiter’s faction. Lots of people really hated there new look in Halo 4, I’m suprised nothing changed. Especially when reach and h2a had so much detail and just looked amazing
