So I watched the Rejected Shotgun “Glitching out of bounds in Halo Infinite” stream. There was a lot of empty spots especially near the House of Reckoning. There are warthog paths in places we cannot reach. And the files have shown a lot of the cut content, like more AI, Escharum Wraith Boss Battle, even the Scarab Tag.
Its a shame this game was cut so much, but it makes me wonder, with 343 or rather Microsoft’s hyper-aggressive monetization system, IF we ever get the original content implemented, will it be a paid DLC? Please leave your thoughts down below. Thanks everyone, Merry Christmas.

People frame it as if these things were already 100% finished and 343i/microsoft just cut them to sell back to us later.
If you look at any of the leaks they all pretty much paint the picture that the cut content is just unfinished, at least everything we know about (weapons, vehicles, etc.)
Not to mention that there is still likely tons of stuff that wasn’t cut, that would be added in the interim that people don’t bring up.
It will still take tons of time (dev time) to get all that cut content to work properly. I see zero problem with them charging for things that take time to create.
Regardless though basic features like Co-op or being able to replay missions should be free updates. Paid DLC would only be necessary if it warranted it. If it means large areas to explore, new cutscenes, voice acting, etc. Then we’re talking about something that is paid DLC territory. Stuff like them adding weapons or vehicles probably shouldn’t be because of the interlinking of Campaign/MP.
