I did a quick google search and couldn’t find any info…
Does anyone know if Microsoft plans to launch a service to render clips? Or should I start saving for a decent capture card?
Thanks!

You should start saving for a decent capture card. That way you can record any game you want. When you want. And no rely on a third party service that may experience downtime.

And, additionally, you can capture any game you want that doesn’t have a render service.

That was sort of part of the whole “You can record any game you want”
It would be nice, but it’s incredibly expensive to host that stuff on their end so it’s not likely.
I’m still kind of hoping they have a surprise up their sleeves for us, and the game has been recording and saving clips in WMV or Mp4 format the entire time.

Bungie charged for it. I can’t remember how much but I don’t think it was a lot. Was Bungie losing money on it?
