Even if it isn’t elite vs brute, or whatever combo… can there be a game mode that pits elites vs elites ect? Like they did in Reach? Dino Slayer for example. Plus if they want more customization, fanboys getting what they want (the worts), they should. Will bring more people in. It was iconic in 3.
Ever since season 7 dropped in MCC, more people have came back whether that’s cause of the customs. In multiplayer I have seen more dinos than ever.
I think elites will come after launch, but brutes are a long shot imo.

I feel like a lot of halos player POV, whether elite or Spartan comes from lore. With halo 2 we had the elites because of the alliance made at the control room, and same with halo 3. Reach had elites, and only barely, because of the elite versus Spartan training mode. Beyond that I could see elites making a return since we did help them win their war against the covenant remnants, but I don’t think we’ll ever see brutes as playable
I wouldn’t anticipate it.
Perhaps Infinite will have mod support similar to MCC, and from there maybe people can do a model swap for custom games with the Anti-Cheat off.

They’ve said bot’s are coming - so lets wait and see I guess.
