Will 343 add weapon skins or no only for Warzone?

Yes, skins will be acquired through the requisition packs you can earn and can be applied to any game mode. Essentially, anything cosmetic (armor, assassinations, skins, etc.) can be used in both arena and warzone, everything else is prohibited in order to keep the game balanced.

You could probably just select the skins you want for different weapons. Just like you customize your armor when you don’t have a custom loadout, you could potentially customize your weapons in similar fashion. So everytime you spawn into a game with the default weapon for that playlist, you’ll have a default skin applied.

Personally, I like the ability to cosmetically alter your weapons and stuff. It can kind of give each player and individual identity when they go online, or at least something that makes them feel unique, while the core gameplay in arena stays balanced and competitive.

I haven’t play Gear of War for an long time.

As far as my knowledge is it’s part of the Req system, so when u choose a weapon for warzone so, (and don’t take my word for it i could be wrong) it’s Warzone only and weapon skins will be part of Req cards which u can use during matches of Warzone so it won’t be in normal Arena.
And i’m pretty sure u can only use cards once besides the main load out weapons (Like the BR and AR for example)
To summarise: Weapon skins only in warzone, part as the req system, and can only be used once (unless u have more of those same cards.
Personally i’m interested to see how this plays out, even though i’m not a fan of it.
