Will there be shop items that never return?

I missed out on the mk7 red coating, will there be items that never return or only rarely like fortnite, the item shop gives me major FOMO.

I’ve seen a few things rotate out already and come back. Just gotta wait.

I’m sure eventually something might not come back. The game is supposed to be around for 10 years. But it seems things can come back at least in the same season.
