As of now, nothing has been announced. I have a feeling it will be like ODST and as such, will not have any special editions (that I’m aware of).

Don’t lose that hope though; 343i may just surprise us. I know I’m willing to throw down the money for a special edition.

There was a special edition of odst, it came with a special controller.

I view that as more of a bundle than a special edition.

If it is just a controller or some avatar thing I most likely will not get it.
But if it is in game content for Multiplayer you betcha I will buy it I could care less if its up to $200 even xD

The only bonus that I can think of that I’d like to be included in a pre-order is a Redeemable Code for special/exclusive content under Halo 4. Now, I know that is a bit ridiculous as special content may not be in the fabric of thought under the marketing team for Halo 4 as there is two years until launch, but it would be a very good way to draw in money from people who love exclusive content.

Perhaps a DVD with commentary of the making- stock full of bloopers and all the juicy goodness you’d expect. An book of artwork would be lovely as well.
