With the rise of people using Halo as some sort of roleplay platform as a general form of Mil-Sim, the biggest rise has been the playable elites/Sangheili. In Halo 2, you were able to play as an elite in multiplayer. Halo 3, elite for multiplayer + customization. Halo 4 and 5, didn’t feature that. What I have been dying to know and i really hope I get a reply to this as this game does look extremely promising with a few key things that I’m disappointed on but nonetheless, I am always open to new things(been playing since the OG Halo: CE). The one thing I’ve been pondering the most is will there be playable elites/Sangheili? It would be a very nice touch up and even a nice come back to that because personally I loved how fun it is to play as an elite, especially in reach and 3.
Nothing confirmed yet but if you watch the gameplay showcase the Elites seem to look like to be equal to a spartan regarding size and figure wise. Just speculating here.
They could have the best possible elite customization in the series if all they do is just make it so you can change knee guards.

Thou i think custimizing feet armor would be nice…
Some armors in halo 4, and 5 had like a raptor claw on the foot. I thought that was pretty cool.
