Alot of big named titles are doing this to there loyal community will we be seeing it done for Halo 4 ? Or will it be closed doors all the way to release ??

Where would the community go to register/submit for access to this Alpha/Beta if it was going to exist ?
Right now, there is not world on a public beta. However, at Halofest, it was said that if such a thing were to happen, it would be made available to as many people as possible.

Just stay tuned to Waypoint and you won’t be left in the dark.
About the only thing I’ve seen about any beta so far have been everyone warning of the fake betas. Like TOA stated just check with Waypoint, anyone else is probably a fraud.

but in all honesty that just made me look harder for traces of information on other sources

what do u think would be the logical requirements to be invited ??
Owning Halo 3,ODST,REACH ? Or would there be a higher requirement.
My guess is it will be available on the market place because during their Halo 4 panel they said that IF they have a beta they will try to make it open as possible.

Honestly, could be anything, but my guess would be something with CEA. Everything prior to Anniversary was Bungie, or Ensemble Studios, Anniversary being 343i’s first actual game (even if it is a remake) would somehow tie into it. I could be wrong though.

They confirmed at Halofest it wouldn’t be done through CEA.
Like I said above, if it happens, it will be made available to as many people as possible. Likely, it will either be done with pre-order codes like Gears of War 3, or Battlefield 3 style, being open to anyone and everyone.
Wouldnt making it open just ruin the experience ??
Id rather play with fellow halo fans… fans who have owned most previous titles…there oppinions are the only oppinions id even bother to read.
Plus the gameplay style of a Halo Veteran is alot more fun to play alongside or against.
There will be a community beta, but only for people who reach 5,000 posts. Get cracking!
