I can’t stand MCC because of this, surely other europeans feel the same since I rarely see/hear any.

He didn’t say anything was wrong with US players, here merely said the connection between the two is terrible. To which i have to agree. While i enjoy playing with a worldwide community, the connection from EU to US is really terrible.

Hopefully. The best feature about Battlefield is being able to search exclusively for European servers. Honestly, being in 2015 and not having a server browser is really quite bad.

And still, you notice some connection advantages. Now imagine living in the UK and playing against someone living in miami, that someone being host.
I recall a mod saying you will be able to choose your server. I.E. US, Australia, Europe ect.

Yep Josh Holmes confirmed this post-beta. It will probably work like it does in Titanfall, where you can select a MS Azure data-center at the main menu.

I don’t need to imagine living in the UK (Yorkshire represent!), but the amount of host migration I still experience on MCC isn’t funny for a game that reportedly “Only uses P2P matchmaking if a dedicated server can’t be found.”

Also, I would assume they will allow for European servers, if they are as dedicated to competitive play as they claim ,they will ensure everyone has equal opportunity.
Yes, Yes, Please add dedicated servers I just had some matches with The US. none of them were good players whole enemy team were negative hard…
I who has appositive K/d ratio couldn’t even kill anyone it was horrendous…

Holmes confirmed selectable data centers we just have to wait and see which areas of the world will have said servers
As someone else is said they will probably use localises Azure servers
Australia got Azure servers shortly after titanfall launched so I just hope we get a data center for australia as well

ever since 343 has taken control, as a new zealander we have been snubbed. hopefully this won’t be the case yet again.
Really hoping the Aussie servers are working 100% at launch and beyond! The MCC just has so many disappointing and unnecessary connection issues.
