There’s no way we can know anything apart from what has already been released (one trailer) and there’s no way you can expect a admin will answer these questions as freely as you want.

Onyx isn’t in the same galaxy.

Um, yes onyx is in the Milky Way galaxy.
And its already been confirmed that it is not Onyx by Frankie in a Machinima interview with Adam Kovic.

Nobody knows. I’m expecting to see some by the time the trilogy ends, but not necessarially in Halo 4.

I always assume when people say Onyx, they mean the shield world that Onyx was home to the entrance to. Can someone provide a link to the article where Frankie said it wasn’t Onyx? Depending on how he worded it, the possibility that it is the shield world might not be out of the question.
