Will the Warthog be changed?

The warthog has always been a 3 seater, but with the inclusion of 4 player co-op, does this mean that it will be modified to fit 4 soldiers? I mean, 3 in a Warthog and 1 in a Mongoose is like the Halo equivalent of having to sit seperately from your friends when eating out or watching a movie.

Hmmmmmmm. Front turret anyone?
No but seriously, that’s an interesting thought.

Kelly will run, or sit on john.

One person’s going to have to sit on the passenger’s lap.

Or piggyback on the turreter’s back, able to fire primary weapon… would be cool lol

I’d say that you sit on the back with your feet on the protruding bumper parts. Maybe you can hold onto the sides. I don’t know what’s gonna happen.

Or we could just have two warthogs.

I could see 343 moving the turret in the boot a wee bit to the left of right. That would provide enough space for a 4th seat in the back where thr passenger would be able to face backwards.

But If 343 did that, It would probably ne a variet of the Warthog rather than a replacement.

Hmmmmm no, that is waaaaaay to much work. this guy amirite?

Or we can just make the last guy jump on the front of the hog like road kill.

Either they’ll give us two Warthogs (which is definitely my preference), or a troop carrier one.

But on the topic of wild speculation, maybe one guy could hang onto the passenger side? Or maybe on the driver’s and help him use the six pedals.

I can’t believe I didn’t think of that…

I thought the six pedals were in the tank.

Back OT, This is a really good question. It’s hard to see how to fit in 4 and keep the turret.

Well, in forward unto dawn, five people where able to fit into a regular warthog, although seeing as that situation was one spartan and four cadets, rather than four spartans. But its still a possibility.

2 Warthog’s would make sense.

I like the idea of a 4 person hog, like the transport hog from H3. They could fit a turret on top that one of the passengers could use remotely.

I think they’re going to change it to fit four people. I don’t really know how I feel about that, but you are with three other teammates at all points throughout the game. The main way to move around presumably big open maps should be together.

Or they might just do it like every other game since Halo 3 and have multiple hogs, mongooses, etc.

More likely that they’ll give us two Warthogs?

Yeah just 2 warthogs or a warthog + a mongoose is what we will probably get in that situation.

I actually really like Red Axis’s idea. Like have a 4 seater hog and over the rear two seats have like a frame or rolebar looking thing with a smaller turret mounted on it that the guy in the front passenger seat can control with a little dashboard display and joystick. Since its mounted on an overhead frame as opposed to like an actually canopy or roof the rear two passengers view is pretty much unobstructed and they can still use their weapons. Also give the turret operator the ability to use the turret or his own weapon, like the turret folds down or something and he can just use his gun if he wants.

New four-seater UNSC transport vehicle, anyone?
