Will the Spartan Ops missions be free?

After week one will the other episodes be free or will we have to shell out cash?

First season: Ten weeks of content including 10 CGI sequences and 50 missions are free.

You will get the entire first season free. Depending on how well Spartan Op’s does, we may get another season, which we MIGHT have to pay for.
