Well, Forge is simply the name of their map editor. So as far as the next game goes, who knows. I’d assume (read: hope) there is a map editor as robust as Forge. But you never know what features will make it in to the final build of a game.
It would be silly and a very bad move to not have a map editor in the next Halo game.
