Well lets think. Why would they have an 80k pack, if you could get its contents in a 10k pack?
But to answer your question, we don’t know yet. They haven’t said anything. Also, this has been asked hundreds of times in the 5 different posts about the pack, just a heads up 
Probably not otherwise they’d be there now and not limited to the 80k one
I think they will be when each dlc drops…80k packs are a chance to get them early
In June you can spend 100 dollars and unlock everything (unconfirmed statement I just made up)
