We all will obviously want different things from the chiefs new in depth perspective into his mind unless its just that amazing that everyone likes it. But what do you guys think we will see out of him? Maybe a little more talking from him? More insight on how he’s feeling during his story? Any ideas?
In the books we get a glimpse of his personality but in Halo:Reach some of his responses are nothing like what he says. He sometimes is a little to funny i guess. It’s not a bad thing but is that really what a war bread emotionless spartan is supposed to be saying?
What do you mean “in Halo Reach”? Chief wasn’t in Reach.
He wasn’t in halo reach the game,excluding the image of him on the pillar of autumn, but as for the character of John, he doesn’t need to change all that much. Sure it would be nice to see him speak a little more, but I judge the Master Chief mostly on the way he handles himself when crisis strikes humanity. Maybe it’s just me, but I like this hero just the way he was in halo 2, a few lines here and there, but a lot of courageous and noble actions.
The cheif should talk more but only in meaningful conversations and the MC’s true face and other details should not be revealed

They should give you the option to see his face. Like beating it on LASO or maybe just legendary solo

The stuff we here in firefight is just there to make the game fun. It is not meant to reflect any sort of character traits.
More on topic: so long as he’s like he’s described in the books, I think we’ll be fine.
I’ve always been fond of the Clint Eastwood style Chief. You know the whole man of few words type of guy.
He is getting pretty close to a breaking point.
As long as his snarky side is still there, I’ll be happy.
I hope that we see more emotion in him. While I’m not wanting him to burst out crying, I hope to see him pop.
