I got every thing else decided with my settings with my elite controller, but I still can’t decide how the sticks effect my skill, will the longest sticks give me better precision with more practice?
any feedack would be greatly apreciated.
In my experience they improve your aim slightly but you sacrifice your mobility due to it taking longer to push the sticks. I don’t like it but that’s just me.
Give each a full days try. You’ll know.

you are right, when increase my look sensetivity by one i play way better, it feels more like i am still playing with shorth ones, do u think it is good idea to stay with the long ones and play with higher sensi ot go back to the short ones at one less sesnse?
It might sound odd and idk if it you can do this but have the sticks be different sizes smaller for movement(left) and larger for aiming(right)?

i have mid ot the left and high on the right, so yeah i am already using it
I use Kontrol Freeks which is where they got the idea from. Yes, it helps. It increases the surface area for aiming, giving you more accuracy.

I also agree, the thing is I incresed my look sensitivity by one with the long stick. It feels slugish when using my past sensitivity which was 5. i am not shure if i should stay at 5 get adapted to the slower aiming or go with 6 which feels awesome
I aim a bit better with long sticks in right stick, i changed the pressing of stick to throwing grenade since elite controller can remap it, my crouch is in left upper paddle.

Whichever feels most comfortable. I use the default controls on my Elite controller and I have X, Y, B, and A on the paddles. I don’t use the sticks because I want my strafe to be as precise as possible. Sure the long sticks give you more aim but it’s slower to move. Personal preference really.

If you just have the longer stick on your aiming stick you can leave the other one as it is and your strafe won’t be affected.
change just the aiming stick

I play from 8-10 sens usually. My reasoning is because I need to be able to whip around as fast as possible. However, that advice might not be applicable to everyone. If a faster sens feels better for you, go for it. If it feels to fast, then lower it. It’s all about personal preference.
