If you wanted them you should’ve preordered the game. To answer your question though, My armor (recruit prime) and Fotus (the unicorn armor) will not be obtainable by the general public unless you somehow find a code to get them.

You do realize how many different pre order bonuses there were for different stores/regions right? So maybe pre ordering or not is not the topic or issue here.
OT: Not really any info on this atm, personally I would like to see a possible package of sorts on the marketplace for this content… but that’s just me.

How does that answer the OP’s question? Those armors arn’t pre order bonuses.
bs angel once said they wouldn’t rule out the pre-order armor becoming available on the Marketplace in the future, although that’s not quite the same as saying they will evnetually be released.
I doubt Recruit Prime Armor, Prime Assault Rifle, Fotus Armor and Imprint Light Rifle skins will ever be released though.

i thought all games with pre-order dlc would be on the marketplace. smh can i assume halo and gears are an exception?
It’s been stated that they hope to release the retail preorder bonuses sometime down the road, in the distant future for the completionists.
Recruit PRIME and FOTUS however will not be sold outside of the LE and LE console.

The vast majority of games do NOT release their preorder bonuses as DLC.
Games that do are in the minority.

I don’t think so. I wouldn’t mind getting some of the pre-order armor, but it doesn’t look like they have plans on releasing it right now.
dont think fotus, recruit prime, assault rifle prime and the lightrifle skin will be but the rest will, but i dont think the Locus and Deadeye should be released tbh till H5 is released or just before like they did with Recon for H3 and bungie flame in Reach, cos there kinda special ones but either way i dont realy care tbh

The Limited Edition and Special Xbox in game skins probably won’t be released to the general public though pre-orders might.
