I do agree. We need some funny lines. Part of Halo’s history is laughing, in-game, because of something a grunt just screamed…
Well I do think they still call master chief the demon as it sounds like the grunt calls him it when he spots him in the E3 gameplay.
No they don’t speak english, they only speak in their alien tongues. Grunts and all
It’s not as important as preserving their classic voices IMO. Was great in CE and Halo 2 then just lost it’s luster. I just couldn’t stand playing Halo 3 with sound.
I’m glad they speak in their own languages.
That fits their background (anti-Human) best as well, so it makes sense.
But some English lines every now and then are fine. Just as some jokes are fine from time to time…
As long is it doesn’t devolve into H3’s stand up comedy levels…that was such a let down to me.
I prefer them to speak in their native tongue, more immersive to me.
