I just bought a physical copy of MCC and there is a “mandatory” (I can still play if I go offline) 19.23GB update and I wonder if the update you’re planning and testing right now (the one with Intelligent Delivery and HDR) will include this one or if I’ll have to install both. Since I have a 80GB data cap per month I need to think twice before such a huge download.

One the update has been released you’ll only have one to make. Unlike the 360 where updates sometimes had to be done in stages, your console will download 1 bundle (basically what’s missing from your build) and apply it. It’s likely going to be a little more than 50gb, we should get details about the exact size closer to the time where it’s going to be released.
