Do you guys think the Flood will make another appearance in Halo 4 or the other two games coming out in the new trilogy since they are going to meet the Forerunners and probably the Precursors? The Precursors could have sealed off some of the Flood in an area so they could save it in case the rest was destroyed.

They said we won’t be fighting Flood in Halo 4 but that doesn’t mean we wont be fighting them in Halo 5 or 6. Heck it doesn’t mean we won’t be at least seeing them in Halo 4 anyways, like in containment or something. Remember when everyone thought the Covenant won’t be in the game because it was said “There will be no Purple in Halo 4.” That’s because the Covenant vehicles appear Blue and glow Green. So “No purple” didn’t mean “No Covenant.”

They kind of have to be in Halo 5 or 6 because of all the Forerunner and Promethean stuff. You can’t have a Forerunner appearance without the Flood messing everything up. It’s just not Halo if that happens

The Flood will certainly be in either Halo 5 or Halo 6. Their story arc is far from over.

There is a lot of flood. Think about all of the other Halo rings at least. They all have flood in containment at least. So flood will most likely be back.

He destroyed the Flood which was released and causing problems but the Flood isn’t exterminated. Other Forerunner facilities will contain Flood Spores which could still somehow be released to cause more problems. Plus there is some kind of connection to the Precursors and Flood so if there is Precursor presence in the next Trilogy it seems like the Flood would be involved in someway.

You can never truly wipe out the flood bro. The only way to accomplish that is to activate a Halo and wipe out all life so they starve to death. Then there wouldn’t even be a Reclaimer trilogy
We won’t be fighting The Flood in Halo 4.
Maybe for Halo 5 and Halo 6.

Just think how game play will be like with those things crawling around.It would be very challenging. I bet the animations of them latching on to a random AI and the AI turning into one of them will be very frightening to watch.
