Do you guys think the flood will be returning towards the end of the campaign of Halo 4? Also do you think we might see any real forerunners?
Well, the Flood will not be in Halo 4’s Campaign. BUT I do suspect the Spartan Ops story will go on to hint that they are coming back in the future trilogy.

Don’t quote me on this, but weren’t flood announced not to be in the campaign?
I’m pretty sure I heard somewhere that it has been confirmed that Flood will not be returning in the campaign. However, there is a new game mode called “Flood”, which is basically Infection/Living Dead from Halo: Reach. The Zombies are Flood who have taken over bodies and armor of Spartans. They can use Thruster Pack, or Active Camo and possess a reskinned energy sword, which is supposed to be a “claw”. I’m pretty sure the Flood will make an appearance in Spartan Ops though.
I’m 100% sure that the Flood will be back with a vengeance in Halo 5, which is supposed to be the darkest game in the series.
Flood is esentially the ‘‘NEW’’ infection mode guys. They’re a part of War games, like a simulation of how to fight flood. 
As for campaign, no floody mcfloods.
Im not really looking forward to the flood as much as the forerunners…i really hope they show one in halo 4.

Wait the didact is gonna be in halo 4? So he’s probably what was in the big silver and orange sphere in the campaign gameplay. Also cortona refers it as he so it probaby is the didact. Hell yes
The Flood isn’t gone that’s for sure but we won’t be fighting them in Halo 4. This doesn’t mean we at least won’t be seeing them of course.
So we might possibly be seeing the flood and not fighting them?

well technically aren’t Promethean’s warrior forerunners? and as for the flood, maybe the end but i wouldn’t be surprised if they are just mentioned but don’t make an appearance. I’m excited for the campaign =D

Yea they are warrior forerunners but heavily mutated, so basically i mean will we see forerunners like the didact or libarian?
