Yes. They will be on the Marketplace very soon after launch.
No idea what price will be though.
Yes the maps will be on the marketplace. When they will be accessible for purchase has not been announced. I’m assuming they will be releasing that information in the upcoming weeks.
I’d hazard a guess at 800 mp as that is usually what Halo dlc is.
Just a note on price, I would guess 1200 or 1600 points.

This has twice as many maps as ordinary Halo DLC though, so I’d guess 1200. It’s hard for me to imagine them wanting to go past that, though.
I would think the map pack would be 1200 MS points. 1600 is a bit extreme in my oppinion. I would have thought they would release it at the latest, 3 weeks after launch. But we’ll see.
Well I don’t know about a few weeks considering it took about 5 months before the additional maps for Halo 3 with ODST were released, or is this classed as a different situation entirely?

Oh. Well considering that it may be a fair bit longer. I wouldn’t say it’s an entirely different situation but I would have expected the maps from CEA to be released sooner than the ones on ODST. Maybe not though.

It makes sense they’d release them sooner than the ODST maps considering it is for the Anniversary, but in the same breath it could be they keep them as an exclusive to people who are buying the full game, at least for a good period of time anyway.
Just buy CEA! It’s gunna be sweet!
It will be a week or so afer Halo: CEA releases will the mappack come out. For prices…im only guessing about either 800 or 1200 MC points.

No arguments there!

I agree! CEA is gonna be my new favorite Halo!
Yup.

But this is way more than the typical 3 maps, so it might be more.
My honest guess is 1600, 1200 is a deal, but still. They are going to want the equivalent of what two map packs cost.
It makes me wonder if they’ll release them in two separate packs…

That will be highly unlikely. That will do exactly what they haven’t been wanting to do all along, “split the community” up by doing so people will probably only buy half at one point than the other later, which will split the playlist. One thing I could see however is making the firefight map separate for like 240-400 msp then the multiplayer maps for 1200. Thus not making people who care for firefight pay for the map.
Eventually, yeah.
Perhaps not this year though.
