My girlfriend got the standed edition of Halo 4 and so she did not get a code for them.
we will not be getting a code sent to us as we live in England. But when do the specialisation get released for everyone and will there be a price?

I’m anticipating that if 343 doesn’t eventually give Europe the specializations, they will be released as DLC, or in DLC.
I cannot, for the life of me, understand why Europe was excluded from this particular offer.
They will be released when certain milestones are met (i.e. 1,000,000 games have been played, JUST saying this as an example). I don’t know if they have said what the milestones are, but I hope they release it soon since I’m waiting for them to be released to public as well
