What are the chances of players being aloud to search for other players for spartan ops. Like firefight for odst and reach?

Chances are unlikely. The netcode doesn’t support cross play and input lag would be horrendous.
The most frustrating thing 343 did to spartan ops in my view was the legendary solo achievement. Spartan ops was meant to be done in co op and even if you do you still won’t get that achievement.
I don’t know if they’ll add in campaign matchmaking

I agree yes it is very frustrating to do solo, but with enough persistence you will get through it. I believe there’s still a bug present that doesn’t track what difficulty you have completed it on so if you are going to attempt it, I’d make either a mental or physical note of where you stop at so you don’t repeat the same missions over again. Unless of course you are planning on doing it all in one whole session
