Will spark return?

I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of that little floating lightbulb. I think when he died, his memory went to another body.

I have the feeling its dead. not like it blew up, or anything.

Of course, I say this, and then 343 will have a “guilty johnson 343” thrown in just because i said its dead.

Only time will tell. I have a feeling Spark-II will be in one of the Reclaimer Trilogy games.

Read Halo Primordium. I think you’ll find he isn’t as dead as you think he is.

oh god…more book stuff.
am i really gonna be forced to read these books to understand the games? geez.

I hope so. Even though he killed Johnson, I’ve always liked that little guy. I’d like to learn more about him. It seems like there’s a lot more to him than what we know.

No. But you’re missing out. If you don’t have the patience to read one book then I don’t know what to say to you.

Well if Spark comes back then I want Johnson too.

You don’t need to read the books. Frankie said that from now on, you can read the books without playing the games, and vice versa. But also, the books will feed into the games a lot more.

I hope not. He is annoying and he killed Sgt. Johnson! So Johnson dies and he is dead, but he dies after killing him and gets reincarnated! NO!

Halo books arent my thing. I like reading, and i do it alot, but the halo books bother me for some reason.
whatever though. I hope they do make the games accessible like they said.

343 Guilty Spark is dead. Now Chakas, the human turned Monitor whose being was most likely used as a blueprint for Spark, is alive and has his own agenda.

Spoilers…

The real identity of 343 Guilty Spark probably jumped bodies. Hopefully he regained his true self back… as Chakas.

But… he’s dead.

Unless it turns out the monitor was just an mobile extension, and 343 Guilty Spark is actually a super computer on another Forerunner structure.

lulz

The monitor mode is dead. But an AI, similar to Cortana, can be in many places. And the drive for 343 Guilty Spark is a “ghost” in the machine…

An unknown period of time after the end of the Human-Covenant War, a severely damaged duplicate of Spark was discovered by an ONI research group, who took it aboard their ship. Using an AI translator, the ONI team detected a Covenant language stream within the monitor, suggeting that it may have been in prior contact with the Covenant. After properly calibrating their AI translator, they began to interrogate the duplicate monitor, hoping to gain insight into the ancient human-Forerunner relations and the Didact.

The damaged duplicate, acknowledging the humans as “the true Reclaimers” and claiming that his duty was to eventually testify to Reclaimers when given the opportunity, proceeded to describe the events that led up to his former human self becoming a monitor. Over the course of his narrative, he constantly accessed the ship’s information stores, breaching the firewalls without effort, much to the ONI team’s dismay. After Spark had finished his story, the monitor finally powered down and was jettisoned into space by order of the ONI team commander. Before this, however, he had successfully managed to upload his data stream into the ship’s computers, disabled its AI, and took full control of the ship. Claiming that he knew the Librarian was alive and that he had need for the ship and its crew, Spark put them to sleep and set course to where he believed the Librarian could be found.
