Will Red team ever return with or without the spirit of fire?

Or it could be found after the war finishes and there’d be no need to classify it all.
The third alternative being that the Spirit of Fire fights another battle on its own without ONI or the UNSC knowing about it. But then again, it would depend on what one means by ‘return’.
Red Team was reformed sometime before the fall of Reach and still exists as of Ghosts of Onyx, with different members obviously.

That was actually Blue Team. I believe Red Team was pretty much disbanded after the fall of Reach but I could be wrong.
On-topic. Hard to tell if they’ll come back or not. With no FTL drive and a long way from home, chances are pretty slim.

Oh, I know. I was just saying that isn’t wasn’t Red Team during GoO lol.
The Red Team in Eric Nylunds novels, and Halo Wars aren’t the same team, and none of the members exists within the other. The terms of colored teams are fluid fireteams, not set in stone, as is evident by Nylunds novels. They are just designations for spartans in a given combat scenario.
I thought HW’s Red Team was Spartan Group Omega…
Anyways, I will kill myself if I dont get an announcement, at least a rumor, of HW2 before H5…!!

I just want a sequel to halo wars, i wouldnt even care if it was a first person shooter, i just want to know what happens to red team.
