Will ranks ever be consistent?

Short story. Had an alt account and played FFA. Win my first game, lose next, and in the next 8 games, 7 will be against some number of champs in each game. I didn’t win another game on that account, and got Onyx 15 something.
On my main account, win my first 5, came in second in the next 3 and won my last. Diamond 4.

So why is a brand new account getting paired against champs and losing 90% of games out of top 3 getting an onyx rating, when the same player is winning 70% not getting as high?

If you can’t agree to say this system is crap, you can at least say it’s very very very inconsistent.

I agree H5s ranking is absolutely the -Yoink- ranking I have ever experienced. I -Yoinking!- hate seasons and resets and qualifying. It’s all a joke really. I’ll take 1-50 with deranking everyday day and hour of the week.

Well we can only guess how the CSR actually works. The whole system is not glass, 343 haven’t explained to us what goes on inside the CSR.
