Does anyone agree to have the pre-order sets to become a dlc pack or separate dlc’s on xbox 360 marketplace? Because I think it’s not fair having separate pre-orders from pre-ordering halo 4 from many different stores like GameStop and play.com.

Actually, 343 said all pre-orders would be available at Marketplace.

But yeah, eventually the pre-order bonuses will be purchasable.
And actually, it is fair to separate bonuses. The way it works is when Microsoft sells their product to a store so they can sell it to customers, sometimes the store will want an incentive for them to buy it. For example, why should Walmart buy 100 copies of a game and only have 10 of them sell when the Gamestop will buy 300 and have 275 sell, or vice versa?
That’s where pre-order bonuses come in. If you buy from our store, we’ll give you something extra. That way, you have more incentive to buy it from a specific retailer, rather than just buy it from wherever. So I could drive 5 minutes to the Walmart and get nothing, or drive 30 minutes to the Gamestop and get something extra.
It’s called business.
