Mine did. It works just like the flights for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Everything is saved but separate from the retail copy of the game.

Yes, unfortunately our ranks carry over to the flights. (only unfortunate because even though I maxed out battlepass, I have everything “unlocked” but the stuff that wasnt in the first flight I can’t actually wear, it still says locked.)
