Will my cooldown time increase after each ban?

I got banned for 8 hours, I heard that after each ban the cooldown time increases. Is there a way to decrease cooldown time next time I get banned or will it only get worse until the point of reaching months or even years?

To be blunt without meaning to sound mean, don’t quit. Bans are incremental, so they do increase each time you hit a trigger. It’s a pattern matching system as well, so what it’s really doing is looking for patterns in that your account. If you’re a habitual quitter then it will catch up with you, best thing to do is try your best to finish each match.
