His chance of appearing in the Reclaimer Trilogy is as likely as the Arbiter appearing. And we just can’t leave them out, they are to integrated into the story to leave out, too important to forget about. Its a plain and simple reason.
If the Reclaimer Trilogy is set in the post-war UEG colonies and concerns modern issues that have consumed them, then yes I believe that Lord Hood will make an appearance in the future games.

He’s an Admiral of the Fleet dual-hatted as Chief of Naval Operations and Commander-in-Chief, Fleet. With potential vacancies in the Security Committee, its possible that he’s ascended to the top military position (equivalent to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the United States).
