I sold my xbox about 2 years ago due to being the only game I played (MCC) was very… broken at the time. I had ODST for free since I had it on day one. I am buying a xbox one again to play MCC while I wait for all the titles to release on PC. Will i have to purchase ODST again?
On the xbox, ODST should be linked to your account. So, no, you should not have to pay for it. Go to store, search for mcc, then under dlc for odst. You should see the ‘you own this product’ message instead of the ‘buy’ button. You can also check on the microsoft store website with a pc/phone/tablet, signing in with your xbox account ( mail and password ).
On the PC I do not know if odst is going to be free. If it will be sold separately, I think everyone will have to buy it, even the ones who have it on rhe xbox.

i went to the store and for me it says “buy now” to. when i clicked the button it asked me to logg in (although i was already logged in) and after i logged in again it took me to the store page of ODST again and sayed that i already own this product.
so you should be fine. click the buy button to try out yourself. (you won’t buy it imediatly if you don’t have it anyway)

Despite me loading the page several times and nothing changing, I read this and was going to try to login (I already was logged in) and NOW it says i already own it. Nothing changed since a couple hours ago haha. Thank you!
