War is right, there are no freebies for being a tester. This is more of a free gift to you, letting you try out and help shape the experience early. Don’t hesitate to pay the $40 for the MCC, the developers deserve to get paid for their efforts. Especially considering these games were a minimum of $60 on release day years ago, this is a steal of a price. Heck, I bought the legendary/special editions of most of the titles, so I have to had spent hundreds over the years on Halo. Totally worth it and zero regrets.
