I bought the DLC on this account but I’m wondering if I play Crimson DLC playlist on my other account where I have not purchased the DLC will my second account get banned?

No, your fine, it says in the terms and conditions that DLC purchases are valid and usable on all accounts of your console.
Haha, no you’re fine. DLC works for all accounts on an Xbox.
In theory, if the other account is on the same Xbox as the one it was purchased on it should work with no problem. It is perfectly legal to do so as the DLC is tied to your console it was purchased on as well as your gamertag. The licensing on the Xbox will allow the content to be played by others on the original Xbox it was purchased on as long as it is connected to Live, and other Xboxes with the gamertag that purchased it as long as it is logged into Live.
I wrote “in theory” at the start as there were some issues with the specialization codes only working for the gamertag that redeemed them and not every other gamertag on the console as it should have. This was fixed with a patch recently. But you do not have to worry about a ban unless you are doing something else you shouldn’t be.

no you will be fine someone on you’re xbox purchased the maps so they won’t know you didn’t buy them. on reach when the first pack came out my friend used a hacked map pack and he never got banned
