Will HD A/V cord still work with H4 Console?

I’m planning on getting the Halo 4 console and I use the HD A/V cord instead of HDMI so i can use my Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 which needs the audio cords so I can talk/hear. But to the point, is the HD A/V cord still compatible to the newer consoles?

I heard the new ones don’t come with the HD A/V cords anymore and was just curious.

I’m using my VGA cable that I used with my original launch 360 on my new slim.

They only added ports on the slim design like more usb ports but they didn’t remove anything that was on the old 360
