The actual question is: Will Halo: Reach’s credit system fix Halo 5’s Req system
I doubt that it would. It had less items to unlock, but the cost for individual items in that game start to skyrocket, and then it became as bad of a grind as getting ALL of the customization options in 5 or worse.
cR could be used like Scrap in Gears 4 or Salvage in Infinite Warfare; you can save up and direct buy and use REQ Points to still buy packs.
Not really. Halo Reach’s is basically Halo 5’s minus the RNG.
Not many people will buy every armor in Halo Reach if they had the option to. They’ll buy the ones they like and then they’re done.
And in Halo Reach it wasn’t exactly hard to get cR. If you hit the cap every day, it only took like a month to be high enough rank to unlock everything. That’s why there’s a cap in the first place.
