With the upcoming Halo Infinite set to come out on Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC this year, will the new Halo video game have a similar update like the Halo Master Chief Collection currently have on PC and Xbox One especially when it comes to patch notes?

you are going to need to be a bit more specific. MCC has had plenty of updates, all with various forms of changes. Do you mean just updates in general that add things to the game? If so, then yes as this is planned to be the mainline halo title for awhile
Is this in regards to the monthly community updates?
If so then yes. I can see something similar happening with Halo: Infinite after release.
Will probably have an update schedule like Halo 5 if not more often.
If you are referring to seasons then I wouldn’t mind if that was the case as long as the content offered is good.
