In both trailers, it is taking place in a leveled city, showing that some forces (Maybe not Covenant, since it wasn’t glassed, but you never know) had destroyed at least that city. The Infinity can be seen extensively damaged flying over the city. At least 3 large holes are seen on the hull, and they are all burning. Do you think that the Covenant have reformed and did this, Jul 'Mdama’s Covenant/Promethean forces did, or potentially a new enemy.
Do you think that Halo 5 is going to turn back toward Humanity on the losing side once again, like in Halo 3, or another direction entirely?
Halo 4 showed humanity at its peak, able to take down any enemy. It didn’t have the same feel as halo 2/3 when humanity was gasping for air under the covenant. I think they need to be taken down a peg.

This. The original trilogy gave a sense of, “oh -Yoink-, if we don’t win, we all die.” In H4 it was, “Beat this guy so we don’t fight for this guy.” I’d be happy to have a, “oh -Yoink- if we don’t win and get along, we will all die separated.”
