Hard to say. I don’t think it well sell as well as H4. Less of a Xbox One userbase.
I think it’ll sell really well, especially if the holiday sales are accounted for along with the release sales. But this game may also be the one that pushes some people to purchase the Xbox One if they haven’t done so yet.
Yes definitely. The adverts for h5 are there, and apart from that h5 really seems to be loads of fun !

I think it will see a larger increase come Christmas, but as other people had mentioned it might appear low at launch simply because there aren’t as many Xbox Ones in peoples homes as there were Xbox 360s with previous Halo games.

Didn’t stop Halo 3. Although that was 8 years ago, things have changed. Hard to say. I hope it will sell pretty good. I just want it to sustain its player base instead of dying after a month.
Over time, Halo 5 sales will be superior to those of Halo 4 and Halo Reach I think. But I doubt they will be better than Halo 3’s. Halo 6 could manage that though.
I think it’ll do around what halo 4 did.
I can’t see any reason why it would sell much more than halo 4

As well as my GameStop. They said ridiculous amounts of people preordered Halo 5 and that some may not get their copies launch day. All I know is it’s going to be awesome and I honestly can’t wait to make new friends, get big lobbies for custom games, go in guns blazing in Warzone and bro it up in Arena. I am legitimately as excited as I was for Halo 3. Only thing I am stressing about is button configuration. I will take a good amount of time to get the control scheme I’m comfortable with.

True, but back then Halo didn’t have many competitors either. CoD was still doing WWII games that flopped year after year.
Well, it’s seeing the lowest pre-orders right now of all Halo games. Halo 3 had over a million pre-orders by this time during its release. And there were only like 8 million 360’s sold at the time. There are 15 million Xbox One’s out there and it’s seeing only like 400k pre-orders. Heck, even Halo 2 had about a million pre-orders by now,
