As we know Host Advantage is probably the most frustrating part of any FPS shooter next to lag. Do you think Halo 5 will have dedicated servers? I want them. Thanks 343 if you decide to fix those problems.
Who knows? We won’t know till Halo 5 comes out.
Does Halo in general have host advantage? I never thought it did.
It does. Many people back out of games just because they are not host. Host can land shots easier and has a slight kill time advantage.

Every game that doesn’t run on dedicated servers have host advantage.
However, dedicated servers come with their own set of problems such as maintenance costs and the player closest to the server having an advantage, or, the closer to the server you are, the more of an advantage you have over those further away.
