WIll Halo 4 play more like Reach or Halo 3?

Just curious.

It will play like Halo 4.
A new experience.

Plays like a bit of both…movement and such feels like 3 though.

As long as we all have fun

And us anyone else craving pancakes n pototaoes x.x would love some dino nuggets too

That’s exactly what I wanted to hear!

halo 4 is gonna play like halo 4…

I know that. I was asking which of the two it is going to be most similar to. I thought that my title was pretty clear. Apparently not.

Think of Halo 3 with AA’s.

I played halo 4 today. All as i can say it dod not feel like halo reach or halo 3. It felt like halo 4 and nothing else. When i played it, not once did i think i was playing reach or halo 3. If you dont believe me, you will soon realise im correct.

Quick question though, is it similar to the Anniversary Slayer playlists in Reach? Or is it entirely different?

To an extent, you are correct. But the time I spent playing it today at the EB Expo, it did have a Halo 3-style feel to it. It feels like a new game but still a sequel to Halo 3 than a sequel to Reach.

That’s awesome to know that it feels like a sequel, as it should.

halo 3 was slow.

Halo 4+ sprint= perfect.

They did good adding sprint.

I second this, actually having played it. It takes good bits from both. It’s faster and seems to have a bigger skill gap than Reach.

That is pretty much why I was enjoying the game so much and felt so sad when my time was up. Good thing I managed to rack up the most kills and least deaths so I was MVP. Hoorayy!!!

BTW Anyone worried about the BR being 5sk or slow kill times, you shouldn’t have to worry. It performed a lot like the Halo 2 BR and is still the same weapon we all know and love. If you don’t believe me, test it out in game before getting worried.

From personal experience it’s more like 3, seems a bit slower than reach, but its all good things!

I’ve played it, and it definitely plays more like Halo 3. I think it can be best described as being very similar to Halo 2 and Halo 3, but with quite a lot of elements from Reach as well. Only this time they feel more fitting.
