Most likely not, Ms will wait for a long time before they release it and when they do they’ll make sure to charge extra for the “service”.
Games on Demand is a good idea, but MS really needs to release more games and keep a competitive pricing if they want it to grow, otherwise Steam or even Gakai/streaming games on Ps4 will steal their customers.

Never has a game been put on demand at launch. Gears 3, CoD, Halo, every single ‘good’ xbox game takes around a couple months before being placed on demand. And they usually dont dont until the first price cut
