Will Halo 3/4 campaign modding get me banned?

Aight so this is my first time making a forum and I was wondering if I were to mod Halo 3 or 4 to swap bipeds would I get -Yoink!- slapped with a ban in my Profile/Console? Also would I get banned for creating a modded gametype? Thanks guys.

Modding is against Xbox Live Terms of Service, so yes you would get banned for doing this.

It’s still against TOS and yes you can be banned for it.
